Using this website
This website is run by BNM Barbershop, 123 Main Street, Frederick, MD 21701. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
Appointments and booking
- Online booking is provided by Square Appointments. When you book, Square's own terms and privacy policy also apply.
- Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is open. Appointments get priority.
- Please arrive a few minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.
Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the booked service. We'll always tell you about any charge before it's made.
Prices and payment
- Prices on this site are starting prices. Your barber or stylist will confirm the price before starting, based on your hair and the service you choose.
- We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash, paid at the shop. This website never collects card details.
- We do our best to keep prices and hours current, but if something on the site is out of date, the price confirmed in the shop applies.
Gift cards and rewards
- Gift cards are sold and managed through Square and can be used for any service or product in the shop.
- Our gift cards don't expire and carry no inactivity or service fees, which goes beyond the minimum federal and Maryland law require. They can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires.
- Rewards ("every 10th cut is on us") are earned per qualifying cut, have no cash value and may be changed or ended with notice. Rewards already earned will be honored.
Services for children
Clients under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who consents to the service on the child's behalf.
Photos and content
The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to BNM Barbershop or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking. We only post photos of clients with their permission, and will remove any photo of you on request.
Messages you send us
Please don't send sensitive personal information through the contact form. We use what you send only to reply to you, as described in our privacy policy. We won't send you marketing texts or calls unless you've clearly agreed to receive them.
Links to other sites
This site links to services we don't control, such as Square, Google Maps and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No warranties and limits on liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, BNM Barbershop isn't liable for losses that come from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Maryland or federal consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Frederick County, Maryland, unless the law says otherwise.
